I can't praise the staff enough for looking after my husband while he was there. The only down side was he couldn't stay there permanently. The set up of the bedrooms opening on to the large communal room suited him as corridors were always a problem. He could be seen at all times by very attentive and extremely patient staff. It suited him to be able to walk into the safe and secure garden with freedom to do so. He was cared for so gently.

I cannot thank all the staff and admin personnel for the care they gave to my wife whilst she was on their care. I cannot thank them and the Drs enough.

If your family member is lucky enough to be given a bed at Fountain Court please feel reassured that it is a wonderful place. My mum is there for her second admission and each time they have made her feel part of a family. The staff are extremely caring and the atmosphere is welcoming and homely. I can’t fault it.

My Mother passed in this place on 9/4/2022,not really happy with duty of care she received as had falls, whether under the mental health act she should have been put in here in the first place.
And yes I have raised concerns with NHS.
