This is no ordinary gym, this is a Fitness Blueprint gym!
I have recently completed a six week program, and it is one of the best things I have done for myself in quite some time.
Once you have decided to make positive changes around your personal health and well-being, and reach out for support ( often the most difficult part) Fitness Blueprint makes the rest of the journey pretty easy. How so?
Right from the get-go I felt supported by way of regular check in’s to see how I was feeling and progressing. This was important for me since I had not been in a gym environment for a very long time, I was not feeling very confident and I was expecting to feel intimidated. This was a very limiting belief of mine, that quickly fell away on starting the program.
The team at Fitness Blueprint seem to understand your feelings around health and well-being, and offer up solutions to meet your needs. Headed by Guy, I found him to be incredibly supportive, acknowledging my progress and allowing for personal autonomy as my confidence grew.
In addition, I had access to meal planners and extensive information on nutrition, that felt like a back to basics approach and helped me re-set my eating habits, fantastic!
Within 6 weeks I felt significantly stronger, more healthy, more energised and lost weight to boot!
Furthermore, what you will find at Fitness Blueprint is a well equipped, very friendly environment, that feels inclusive, creating a safe space for everyone. They clearly have the experience and expertise to support you through your personal exploration of fitness and well-being. Bravo! Fitness Blueprint, you are very deserving of your accolades so far…..

I've been going to Fitness Blueprint sessions now since the start of May and love it.
Going to a new gym can be scary, but FBP was not that at all. All of the trainers and other members in the classes are nothing but lovely, supportive, friendly and approachable. Its a really great little community of people.
The trainers are super knowledgable and help a lot towards your goals. The classes are a great pace, set up for injuries, varying levels of fitness and mobility depending on where you are.
I went in with the goal of getting fitter, healthier and hopefully losing some weight along the way, I saw results quite quickly. Fast forward to now I feel healthier, fitter, have healthier habits and I've lost nearly 9kg in 3.5 months. To me, membership is a no brainer!

I’ve been with Fitness Blueprint for almost two years now and absolutely recommend their small group training sessions! I’ve seen a huge improvement in my fitness and wellbeing especially having moved to their unlimited membership. All the trainers are great and very knowledgeable. Classes are well paced but the trainers will support you with whatever level you are at in your fitness journey. I think the membership options offer excellent value and I see it as great investment to my overall health. If you have thought about joining but unsure they do a free weekly trial for you to have a tester of what sessions are like. Fellow members are all super supportive regardless of fitness level, it really feels like a team effort with every session.

A fantastic gym - friendly and welcoming vibe, amazing positive coaches and varied (sometimes even fun!) workouts in a programme where you can track your progress and celebrate all the small and big wins. Working in small groups all at different stages and levels of fitness which I find great for accountability and pushing myself as well as learning from others. As much or as little support as you need both during and in between the sessions from the coaches. Help with nutrition and mindset but also reminders to be kind to yourself as the process unfolds and listen to your body, no pressure tactics or being shouted at!
I'm very overweight and unfit, hadn't been in the gym for nearly a decade and I've been given SO much encouragement - provided with modifications where needed while I'm starting out but also pushed to get outside of my comfort zone and achieve things I never would have thought possible.
Fitness Blueprint have definitely helped me fall back in love with exercise, even after such a long time doing absolutely nothing. I look forward to the sessions and I'm so pleased with the progress I've seen in myself and others so far.

Really amazing gym experience! I love the different classes and event that provide. The personal trainers are very attentive, I love the advise they give regarding nutrition and the monthly check ins 🥰. It’s like a little family!

I joined fitness blueprint in back in December 21 doing the 9 week program and have been attending ever since. Guy and Carl are fantastic PT's and with their help I've managed to continuously loose weight, but put on muscle and feel generally healthier. The group classes have a fun and motivating atmosphere and would definitely recommend joining to anyone looking to start or continue their fitness journey.
Update: since joining back in 2021 fitness blueprint has moved to a great new unit with a range of new group classes. Personally I'm really enjoying the weightlifting classes.

I can only give 5 stars. All the coaches are really helpful and really lovely. Every session is made fun and enjoyable. Sessions can be adapted to injuries which is amazing and allows you to continue to go. All the coaches are approachable and take a interest in your development. My only bad bit is I can't give more than five stars.
