This place is terrible and dangerous for people with uncontrolled medical conditions because they never take care of them.
List of things:

- no hand soap in your room
- shouty staff who never smile
- no sanitary bin in some of the rooms
- no mattress cover. The bed feels like rubber.
- I had a few seizures there and when I got confused after one as I sometimes do, I didn’t know where I was, who I was, who they were so they just dragged me to my room and just the door without even making sure I’m alright.
- They drag anorexic people to the kitchen violently despite the fact that the kid is crying heavily.

The list goes on and on. It’s cruel in there so please make sure your kid never ends up in here.

Amazing! I had depression so the ICTS brought me here .The staff were amazing, the day unit were too, we done stuff and activities all the time ! We had a time table with options of what we wanted to do and what would help us the most ! I had great laughs with everyone! I miss it ! I highly recommend you bringing your child here for help.

my son was there much better when he came out the staff are great they were very caring and they made us all welcome on visits theres loads for the kids to keep them busy the staff are diamonds hearts of gold

The care is awful , my daughter has been a inpatient for nearly 3 years and has needed 7 operations because she's nearly killed herself while been in there care

Horrible place to find on a night time the accesses road is black as midnight and scary if you dont know it.
