I got a referral straight away, first thing they said after calling me while im asleep was something along the lines of "still asleep at 2pm can cause low mood" or something. When I said I didn't want to talk about something because I didn't want to relive it she basically said i had to if I wanted therapy. When I asked if I could rearrange it for a different day she said id have to re refer.

Later on I asked if she could talk to my mother because my anxiety was extremely high and when I asked she said she'd have to talk to her supervisor and my mother asked what the problem was and she just hung up without saying anything else.

I'm an extremely anxious vulnerable adult with alot of learning disabilities that THEY SHOULD KNOW ABOUT. I did the automated referral with the bot and they asked a whole lot of questions about my mental health. I'm just trying to find somebody to talk to and the whole ordeal left me having a minor panic attack when she hung up on us.

For people that are supposed to be trained they really don't know how to talk to a person with special needs. If you're vulnerable and traumatized I don't suggest this service.

Completely useless service. I have been waiting for a referral for quite some time and nothing. Maybe it's because I am a guy, so don't deserve the same level of mental health support. I have been struggling with depression for a while. When I found this service, I contacted them and they called me back for a referral (literally asked me the exact same questions as the form), but heard nothing back. A joke really. Good luck to whoever is struggling with depression.

Disappointing service. I self referred in December and was contacted around January, no issues with the wait time as I appreciate how busy they are and understand this. I didn’t know when I was going to be contacted for an initial assessment. No email or text confirmation. I was called on an unknown number, no voicemail left. A text message was sent afterwards and I called back a week later when it was appropriate due to work/parenting. I was told that I was discharged. I expressed I wasn’t happy as there was no communication as to who was calling and when, hence why this was missed. I was told an email was sent and I had received nothing. I explained that due to the nature of the call and privacy, I thought an appointment should be set to make sure I could allocate time to speak with someone. I sent over a complaint with this all on and heard nothing. I’ve since gone elsewhere and they have been brilliant and communicating and ensuring appointments are booked so I can be available to access the service

These are very well equipped to deal with mu issues of mental health the processes of getting help is good iv had 3 different sessions with everyturn and been helpful iv now filled in questionnaire for my fourth tackling each one of my problems at a time

Contacting this service prior to 5PM on a Friday results in the out of hours service, this is unacceptable considering opening hours are advised as 9-5 and will be raising this accordingly.
