Oh my god! This place is amazing! Amber is absolutely fantastic and will make everyone and anyone feel comfortable and at ease.
There's a class timetable on the website, it's super easy to book onto classes and get pole packs. You can do classes or 1 to 1 sessions to help you get comfortable.
Really great to help you with your core and upper body strength, it's remarkable how strong you actually have to be!

I cannot recommend this pole school enough. For years I’ve struggled to find any kind of fitness class that makes me feel so welcomed and so comfortable in my own skin. Amber is an incredible teacher mentor and now, even a friend. I’ve never felt so supported in my life. The girls are all so wonderful and we lift one another up constantly. The most amazing pole studio you will ever go to, everyone is so supportive and the energy is electric. This studio really is one in a million, between the heels classes, pole fitness and stretch classes. This studio offers everything you will need for your pole journey. I have been training pole for almost two years, i joined this studio just under 7 months ago and i have made more progress in that time than the rest of my pole journey. All i can put it up to is the energy and variety that this studio has to offer, if anyone can bring your pole visions, dreams and aspirations to life it is Amber and her instructors. They should be proud to have built a place full of inspiration, friendship and hope.

Amber has created a wonderful space for people to learn and become confident in themselves and their bodies with her pole classes. She makes everyone feel so welcome and treats us all so kindly that you leave any worries at the door and just get stuck in. I moved to Chesham last year and one of the selling points was Even Flow Studios. It was something I have always wanted to try, but never had the confidence to do it on my own. I finally went to one class and never looked back. Amber is an amazing experienced Pole teacher and her heels choreography classes are unreal. Mandy’s beginner classes are amazing- she makes EVERYONE feel confident in their body shape and skin during every class. Her patience and encouragement is inspirational- every class with her is a huge boost of energy and achievements. The studio has become a family that accepts everyone. Starting anything new (especially something like pole) can be really scary, but I promise you are in the best hands at Evenflow. Amber and the whole team are so incredibly supportive both on and off the pole and everyone you meet in class will cheer you on every chance they get. As someone with a competitive dance background (very much not pole) I know how intimidating and cliquey some studios can be, and was super anxious before my first few classes, but it really is the kindest community and there was no reason to be scared. This studio is super inclusive and regardless of your fitness and experience level you are guaranteed a whole team of hype ladies every class.

There is a great range of classes at times to suit everyone and I highly recommend checking out their Instagram to get a feel for the different options. I work in Chesham but live an hour away and will happily drive over on my day off to make it to a class- it is weirdly addictive.

As a little heads up, the 'Foundations' class is the beginner class, but you will find people with all levels of experience coming to drill the moves. Don't compare yourself negatively, they all had a first class at some point too! 🙂

I never tried pole dance beforehand and had a lot of prejudices in my head about that but I have risked it! Joined this place a few months ago and was nicely surprised. Let's start with the fact that these doors are open to everyone, all Sanders, age, shape, and experience! No one ever judge you but encourages you to keep going and happy for your even small achievements! Such a friendly, welcoming atmosphere! Also amazing teachers. They're always here for you and give their attention to everyone! Moreover very convenient booking system, easy to choose your classes and add monitor them. On top of it the always have some workshops which are absolutely amazing! It is a good time to dress up and enjoy! I can't recommend it more! Just join and try it by yourself!
