Mum lived there for 5 1/2 years before passing away. The care she received was exceptional. All staff from the top to the bottom go over and above for the residents and also the family. Not only did the staff look after mum but also looked after us. They loved her like she was their own family. When she was end of life several members of staff came to say goodbye to her even on their breaks. She was treated always with dignity and respect. Elm Park will always hold a special place in my heart and words cannot describe the gratitude I have for the staff there.

Mum always begged not to go into a home but the time came when it was necessary. Elm Park was a revelation just like an hotel. She was well looked after and good care taken of her. The staff are all lovely helpful and caring. A totally different experience from her first home.

My brother and I would like to say a big thank you for the care and attention my mum received during the three and half years she lived there. We are truly grateful for the many cuddles she received and the endless attention she required. Elm Park is a wonderful place to have your relatives looked after, Lindsey the home manager runs the home with the residents needs as top priority , my mum was so well cared for, she was always immaculate and had her feet and hair done on a regular basis. The home is like a hotel , clean and well organised. The staff are professional and there were many laughs along with the activities and each individual resident needs were catered for.The staff quickly found that she loved biscuits and cakes, porridge, salads and puddings We can honestly say that we feel so lucky that mum was in such good hands and her last few years were spent with people who really cared for her. So to Lindsey and her staff we will never forget the peace of mind we had knowing that mum was in the best place ever and we know that she loved you all. Thank You Michael and Carol Lowe.

Our Mum spent her end of life in Elm Park.
This enabled her 24 hour care. I cannot praise the staff enough. Mum wasn't an easy patient at times , but the staff took it in their stride.
She died with her family around her with dignity,. The staff gave us our privacy and Mum died peacefully and beautiful.
Thankyou so much and not forgetting the relatives care afterwards, very professional and above all cared.

As a family we had to take our Dad out of a certain other Care Home in Doncaster and had Elm Park recommended to us by two different independent people who weren't connected.

These guys know what they are doing. Lindsay (the Manager) is genuinely interested in you as a family. Every member of her team that we came into contact with were excellent. Louise the Housekeeper deserves a special mention as does Liz (one of the nurses).

The facilities and look and feel of the place suggests hotel rather than Care Home. The grounds are also always well maintained which shows from the outside in they care.

Number one on our list pf priorities as a family is communication - especially given what have been tough times for everyone recently. Elm Park also excel in that department which is vital in our eyes.

Overall if you're reading this review because you're considering where the best place is for your loved one then look no further. It's a huge decision and not something to be taken lightly - you would be making the right choice in Elm Park.

My mum spent almost two years in this wonderful modern care home.
It was the best we experienced during our extensive search for a home and the standard of care recieved by my mum far exceeded our expectations!

Lounges and other facilities within the home are outstanding and include a hair salon, cinema, bars, a shop, sweet trolley, a number of comfortable lounges, seating and dining areas etc

The activity and entertainment programme is extensive and very impressive and the food prepared in the care homes own kitchens was varied and of a very high quality!

The management and staff are very friendly, professional and compassionate and are a credit to the profession!

The gardens are lovely, well maintained, secure and very pleasant to spend time in with loved ones, weather permitting!

As a family we cannot recommend
Elm Park highly enough!

Fabulous Care Home. Managed and run by an amazing strong team of genuinely caring staff.

The residents are looked after like their own families. Spotlessly clean beautiful rooms and communal areas.

I cannot fault this place. Everyone goes above and beyond what is expected of them to care for each resident. Thank you so much for caring for my Mum so well.
