I cannot recommend Elise highly enough. She is a reassuring and calming presence in every session with her. I worked with Elise to get rid of my phobia of spiders. I had been very sceptical and somewhat nervous prior to the sessions but had no need to be on either count.
The sessions were very relaxed and not only helped me with my phobia but also my confidence and general feeling of well-being.
I am very pleased to say that after my second session I was able to remove a spider from my home without any anxiety.

I wasn't sure what to expect when undertaking sessions of hypnotherapy for a loss of confidence in my riding, but from the first session everything was fully explained and I felt confident that I had made the right decision in visiting Elise. It is still early days following the number of sessions that was recommended but as well as feeling happier about the prospect of riding I am also feeling a lot less frazzled in myself. If you are in two minds I would definitely recommend giving hypnotherapy a try.

Elise De Viell is fantastic! I worked with her for a handful of sessions to address a deep-rooted needle phobia I had. Due to covid-19 and the new vaccine, I knew I couldn't avoid needles much longer as I'd need the vaccine. Her approach is so supportive, affirming, and helpful! I honestly had no idea what to expect through hypnotherapy and certainly had high hopes for its success after what seemed like a short amount of time. I'm happy to say I recently had my injection and was able to get through the experience without panic or terror! If you're looking into hypnotherapy for your own self, I cannot speak highly enough of Elise's practice. My own experience of showing remarkable progress and change is a testament to her methods and their effectiveness.
