I'm going to keep this as sensitive as possible as this is relating to an ongoing missing persons case. Our friend's last verified location was this house where she was allowed to leave at night without her phone despite her being in a vulnerable mental state. Not only have they not been fully cooperating with the police, but have had an odd attitude when friends and family have visited trying to find out anything about what happened the night she disappeared.

Take that as you will.

Edit: updating to keep this as fair as possible. Our friend has now been found. The police themselves confessed that this house were not very helpful in the investigation. She had an iPad on her from this facility and they took literal DAYS to identify which one it was to track. By the time they got it, the device had died. Thankfully, she's alive by no help of this place.

Lovely staff, this is true it’s the most beautiful place to stay as an alternative to being sectioned in a mental health facility. Women only, I feel So cared for and the meals prepped in an onsite kitchen are five star compared to hospital food.
There’s a beautiful large garden in the back with plenty of places to sit and enjoy the soothing effects of being surrounded by greenery.
I have Nothing to add to this review other than a 👏 well done Drayton Park…your facility and all its workers are champions 🏆🥇

What I truly would like to score is -0 , my mother was an inpatient due to severe mental health issues, she was treated in an appalling way which ultimately led to her arrest through hear say , one member of staff imparticular fabricated the version of events in her statement, they also accepted products from my mother who isn't in the mindframe to delegate things sensibly due to mental health...they used and then totally discarded my mother as though she wasn't human...,As a result she now has excessive mistrust ,PTSD has worsened. To the staff I hope you are never treated the way you treated my mother. In a cell scared and confused on new years eve, Dispicable.

Currently I've been informed they have bugs in the beds and can not help.

I’ve used this service over many years and I’ve found it to be therapeutic and welcoming. The staff will support you in a variety of ways to ensure your recovery success and wellbeing. They have complimentary therapy from two amazing therapists with different but equally effective techniques and skills. The house is covered in art from the residents and the food is also cooked on site. Everyone from the chef to housekeepers are warm and welcoming. I’m very far into my recovery now and likely won’t go back but I highly recommend it to all women suffering mental health issues.

As i strongly disagree with the negative feedbacks in here i tought it would be a good idea for whoever comes to check in here to hear(from a resident)
another side of the story',i'm not kidding when i say that this place has literally saved my life few times,if it wasn't for them most probably i wouldn't be here right now,in this place i feel safe, understood, respected and protected, each and everyone of the staff will find time to talk to you anytime you are struggling during a crise or a flashback, the food is lovely, the place is clean👍and all the staff is nice....unfortunately not everyone has the H FACTOR(Hug🤗)but hey🤷‍♀️we are all different individuals and we should all respect that,it wounden't be fair to mention any of the staff's names i can only write the initials of the dream team S
PLEASE Never get used to tears...tears are pain and the C-FACTOR (C=Compassion) is a remedy.... really sometimes it does the trick ....
But truly and honestly i have seen a lot of C-FACTOR in here🤗sometimes less sometimes more 🤷‍♀️plz remember staff also are human and have their ups and down the difference is that we can let it out they cannot,so respect for all staff in here they do their best but they haven't been trained for miracles...no yet🤷‍♀️....(but I've heard they working on it😁so stay tuned🙂)each one of them put a smile on their face everyday for us🤗so stop the silly complains and be grateful that this place still exists or for many of us the alternative would be the pischiatric hospital
WELL DONE DRYTON PARK❤️
Keep up the goodwork!!!

I attended this crisis house under the impression I would get support from staff, as one should.

Staff pressured me into making referrals to places I was adamant I did not want to be referred to. They also filled in referral forms incorrectly.

They also made me feel very uncomfortable on many levels.

I discharged myself prematurely and decided to seek help from friends and family.

I would not recommend this place to anyone.
