Dr Hayward oversaw my treatment for OCD at Bristol Park Clinic. She is extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and always made me feel at ease (I found her very presence comforting).

Her approach, in particular to medication, is patient-centred, and I never felt under any pressure to try medication. When I chose to, I felt supported and well-informed. It was the right choice for me.

Although my appointments with Dr Hayward were less frequent than those with my therapist, I felt she was just as invested in my care and the progress that I was making. She kept in regular contact with my GP and therapist and is well-regarded by the professionals she works with. If I ever need support in the future, I would certainly reach out to Dr Hayward again.
