Absolutely fantastic! I had been putting this off for while due to the process usually being fairly long even when paying privately and usually meaning having to travel with my son and take him out of school for numerous appointments. This was perfect - one HOME appointment! Excellent communication from Dr Ashley, I was clear on the whole process and more importantly my son was comfortable in his home surroundings when having the ADHD assessment carried out. Can't thank Dr Ashely enough for making this a pleasant experience.

Dr Francis recently carried out an autism assessment with my 8 year old son. He arrived promptly and conducted the "test" within our home to put everything in a relaxed setting, he was very calm and relatable to my son, who said after, that he'd really enjoyed talking and playing games with Dr Francis, he was great when we had to do our part of the assessment and very clear on explaining the process,timescales and charges. He really put our minds at rest.
We got our results on the day he advised and could not be happier with the care we have been shown as a family. I could not recommend his services highly enough.

I recently required Dr Ashley Francis to help me get a diagnosis. I searched the internet for many and came across Ash, My enquiry was dealt with so quickly , On the same day he had replied to my emails. The best part was when I received a 15 minute FREE consultation to even see why I require the diagnosis which I found very helpful and helped me make my mind to get a assessment. The whole process was so smooth and worked around our needs. Three weeks later I had my results which was a relief. I Highly recommend Ashley for your enquires he was amazing. Before meeting him I had found not much luck with any one as they were just taking too long replying to my emails or suggesting online assessments. To my surprise the whole procedure took around 4 weeks which was better than waiting around for the past two months.

Our experience of an ASD assessment with Ash was lovely.
Ash was friendly and put us at ease from the 1st consultation phone call and all the way through the assessment. The website is very clear and nothing is hidden from you.

Our Son (aged 10) was very relaxed with Ash during the observation. In just the observation, Ash saw our son in the same way we did and that was very clear in the final report.

Throughout the whole process, Ash kept us "in the loop" and again, we felt very part of the process and nothing hidden from us, as seen on his website.

The final report is very detailed and clear.

The whole process was completed within 3 weeks.

I have found Ashley to be a lovely down to earth man. He is an incredibly professional and skilled psychologist. I was apprehensive about starting therapy, however, Ashley soon put me at ease and we quickly established a rapport. I am surprised with how comfortable I feel when feeling in such a vulnerable state. Ashley has helped me to identify patterns in my behaviour which impact upon various relationships within my life. Whilst this is not an easy process, it is an incredibly rewarding and life changing experience and I would like to thank Ashley for this.
