I discovered Discovery Counselling and Wellbeing Services through Facebook, and I had the pleasure of talking with Heidi during my sessions. From the moment I arrived, I felt a sense of comfort and relaxation in her warm and inviting office. Our conversations flowed effortlessly, and I felt a deep connection with Heidi. Have recently completed the 6 week mental fitness workshop with Shaun and Heidi at Discovery Counselling & Wellbeing Services, just off Worle High Street. I am always looking for new ways to improve myself, the learning over the 6 weeks has given me a better understanding, strategies and tools to support me in all areas of my life, including work, personal, friendships and family.
