Was refused help by the team manager because I simply had lost faith with the NHS after my mum was treated appalingly. For them trust is not earn't, it is expected or you are out. Can not think of a more crass attitude to people who are suffering from mental health trauma.

But it is the NHS so they can.

My wife has been using this service in recent months. I would also give it a zero rating if I could. Very poor advice.. Script reading. They honestly don’t care. She has come of the telephone more stressed than before. They promised me the world. They emailed her GP stating they had a conversation with my wife and they never contacted her as I was in all day making sure my wife safe. They basically lied to cover their tracks. Shame on this poor, unprofessional service.

Really poor crisis line when I was in a desperate time of need and struggling heavily through the night. They told me to have a bath and watch tv and call back if needed. I was in no fit state to have a bath. When I called back they had a go at me for keep calling which made me feel even worse and like a burden, very triggering and traumatic experience. So shocked that this service is allowed to operate with such poor conduct. They do more harm than good! Please stay away from the helpline.

I'd give zero stars if i could, absolutely terrible service. they're meant to help people not make them feel more suicidal. cancel appointments whenever they like, DR turned up 20 mins late and no apology or in the slightest way caring about leaving me waiting making anxiety worse and then spoke in a rude manor not very welcoming and made me feel like its my fault I'm bipolar. If you're well and want mental health issues use this service.

Awful. The 24/7 helpline used to be good, until an advisor basically had a go at me for calling - now it just rings off the hook. I’ve been let down by Crisis (ignoring every referral) 100% of the time. It is true that Derby Mental Health seem to want mental health patients to go away and sort themselves out, as help is absolutely not available when needed.

Already left a post on Trust pilot. For what this review is worth as in I doubt that the Derbyshire NHS trust truly care based on the appallingly lacking in genuine care and empathy regarding it's mental health " care ". Despite all the posters and talking themselves up. The service is sparse and totally out of touch with what is actually needed as opposed to what they offer and you would think that " they would almost just be happier if you just curled up and died " It is almost as if " they " feel that they are doing you a favour rather than offering you a service for which you pay taxes. We are all so sorry to have been ill and to have bothered you! But pleased that we provided you all with jobs, a pension and a lump sum when you retire!! Plus boundless holidays and privileges. Why not just keep our taxes and go private, perhaps then we would get some respect. WITHOUT THE PEOPLE/PATIENTS YOU WOULD HAVE NO JOBS.

Never answer the phone when you need to to speak to someone. The help you get is poor, just pass you about and when you do get help you're limited to an amount off sesions. Sorry a lot of people ain't going to get better after 6 sessions. Wish I didn't have to pay national insurance as NHS has let me down so many times over the past 2 years.
