The Cubley Court quality inspection report clearly confirms that they are inadequate in many departments. We have seen this ourselves in the way in which they have poorly cared for our loved one who has been a patient of theirs unfortunatly.
Rude and uncaring staff. A so called Nurse called Rebecca even had to contact us on one ocasion to confirm that they had accidently double dosed medication on our family member .
Its all about Power and Control with these people nothing about care !!

Fantastic place clean tidy well presented staff amazing .my only problem no one every answers the phone when I ring to check on my relative. I rang 2 days on trot .I understand the staff ate busy .but at least answer
