My son spent around 8 months with Em, having weekly sessions for his anxiety. The work Em did with him was suitably tailored to his specific needs around his anxiety and done in child friendly way. Em was very patient and took the time to get to know my son and built up trust with him so that he felt safe and secure in his sessions. Em involved my son in desicions about his therapy which really helped to build his confidence. My son is like a different child now, as he understands his anxiety, and has a plethora of tools that he uses regularly to help keep his anxiety at bay. I would recommend Em to anyone who needs therapy and would not hesitate to use her again should the need arise.

Em has been a very good counsellor for me. Em created that safe space and I could properly open up. With warmth, understanding and compassion Em has helped me move forward through a very difficult time.
