Since I have a long term condition that affects my mobility, it’s so encouraging to be able to exercise SAFELY under the guidance of Stu and his Team at Cockermouth Rehab. I’m so pleased to find such a great physio in Cumbria; there are so few. I had been travelling from Cockermouth to Manchester but am delighted to at last find quality physio locally. I have a longstanding, chronic condition which necessitates regular visits and expert guidance. Stu is top class. He goes above and beyond and is available outside the appointment time for any queries or concerns. I’ve had long term foot and ankle niggles with mobility and stability since a fracture which needed pins and plates to fix it. He really does take the time to listen and understand each persons issue and what they want to achieve from the process. He’s very attentive and provides videos with your ‘homework’ exercises to make sure they are done correctly, which is extremely useful. Best of all there’s a healthy dose of humour and banter involved so the appointments are enjoyable! Thanks Stu I wouldn’t go anywhere else 🙌

I am suffering from metatalsagia at the moment, due to running on my toes. I've been in pain for approximately 3 months. My first appointment with Stu was at the end of September, by the 2nd appointment, which was at the end of October, I can feel an improvement and my foot isn't as sore. I am learning from Stu's advice how to move and feel my foot properly with specific rehab exercises, which I am doing as instructed.
Stuarts knowledge and advice is invaluable and I am feeling the benefits when running, which is great. Thank you Stuart for your knowledge, patience and rehab plan. I can highly recommend this service 👌😊🙏
