I'm not sure if this review is directly relevant for the Bristol Clinic, however, Clinical Partners did my autism and ADHD diagnosis through Right To Choose in December 2023.

I felt I wanted to leave a review as I have seen a lot of negative reviews. Right from the start, Clinical Partners were friendly, professional and fast. The reception that I first spoke to (unsure if they were from the Bristol Clinic) was very friendly and understanding. Clinical Partners promised they would get a diagnosis done in 12 weeks. I am incredibly impressed because they started the process after 7 weeks!

The autism assessment was thorough, in depth and really gave me an opportunity to express my experiences. My ADHD assessment was difficult as it was two straight hours of questions.

Overall, I am very proud of Clinical Partners as they are making a significant contribution to the NHS by providing in depth and fast diagnosis.

Thank you Clinical Partners,

Angus Davidson

Please if you are seeking help, do not waste your efforts with clinical partners. They will not help you and you will be worse off.
I came here at one of my lowest points for a diagnosis as I didn't know what was going on and my GP was not taking me seriously.
What I ended up receiving is a psychiatrist who pretended to listen to me and hear me, only to produce a report that invalidated what I went through, and had false information about me, and this information was used to misdiagnose me.
Don't bother with complaining directly to them as they are useless, and rather than listening to you, they will get a statement from the psychiatrist and use this as the conclusion to their investigation.

Do not ever consider using these people. They are rude, expensive, and the practice exists solely to take your money from you. If you have a problem with their service and require a reimbursement they will delay and prevaricate as long as possible. They even put the phone down on me !!!

I wouldn’t recommend them they take ages to do everything and getting them to answer the phone is a challenge! Paying privately doesn’t always get you better service!

Wait time for appointments was very long, and prescribed me medication that interacted with other medication I was on and should never be prescribed together.
