I have been attending Boogie Bounce classes with Clare since April 2022. Ever since I started, she has always been so enthusiastic and supportive to all of her customers. She always makes each session fun! Because I was enjoying attending classes so much & I decided I wanted to lose weight & get fit, I decided that I would start doing PT sessions with Clare as well, as I knew that I already trusted Clare from attending her fitness classes on a regular basis. I have just completed 6 months of PT sessions with Clare. I told her my goal that I wanted to achieve & I have managed to go beyond that! Clare has been very supportive throughout the whole experience, sending me messages in between sessions to let me know my weigh-in readings & any suggestions for the upcoming weeks (more protein!) I have loved going to Clare’s studio in her garden & I am going to miss going every week! I would definitely recommend Clare to anyone who is wanting to achieve a goal as she is amazing at her job & just a fab woman to be around! Thanks again Clare ☺️

Clare is so enthusiastic and supportive for all abilities within all her classes. I have been attending boogie bounce for a few years now and still love the atmosphere created by the music, disco lights and Clare's infectious passion for bouncing. I have also loved her kettlecise and pure stretch class. I have previously tried yoga which was not suited to me, but I have found I absolutely love Pure stretch and surprised myself with my progress throughout the year. I'd highly recommend any of Clare's classes

I have attending Boggie bounce for a few years now, when I started I had tried various classes but didn’t gel with any of them, but boggie bounce was different, you have your own little space and no one is watching you under the disco light, I have also enjoyed the body tone class and pure stretch too, when I started I had very little balance and core strength, these classes have improved both of these. Clare is a fantastic motivator and has great knowledge, she has helped when I’ve had questions I needed answering to help me progress with my exercise journey, Clare’s classes are like an extended family. My daughter now attend with me and loves coming and says the classes are amazing, testing and strengthening her core strength.

I have been bouncing with Clare for 5 years and I still absolutely love it as much as I did when I first started all those years ago.
Claire is so welcoming and she puts you.at ease as soon as you go through those doors.
It doesn't feel like you are exercising as it is so much fun.
I have tried other things but Boogie Bounce is by far the best thing I have ever done. I am in my 50s and have no intention of stopping any time soon.

I finished 10 sessions of PT with Clare about 2 weeks ago now, which I completed in 5 weeks – my goal was to get myself into exercise and hopefully start attending the gym I had been avoiding for the last 7 to 8 months.
Before starting this review, I just want to give some background - I was looking for an inclusive, kind, anti diet culture PT that I wouldn’t feel was judging me for not wanting weight loss to be the be all and end all… which was hard. I eventually came across Clare’s website..
I emailed her and explained my anxieties and she was very kind and reassuring. I moved to Aylesbury during the pandemic and know no one, so classes were also daunting to me and she had just started her PT sessions up the week after I emailed. It was a big commitment as I have never really enjoyed exercise and never understood how people can look forward to working out so just assumed I would be wasting my money.
I did the free taster session and Clare was very friendly and open, listening to my concerns and validating my feelings. After some discussion at home I decided to go for it and paid for 10x sessions which I decided to book so I was working out twice a week (I found the price was very reasonable!). This fit well around my schedule and I often stuck to 07:30 before work or 18:00hrs after work. I can safely say not a single session did I regret, dislike or dread going to which was refreshing.
Clare made the sessions fun and personal, doing some of the exercises I wasn’t confident on beside me and it was like working out with a friend. Something else I noticed is that she always asked for consent before touching my body, I really appreciated her asking but I did get to a point where I said she didn’t need to ask as I felt so comfortable with her.
Half way through completing my package I weighed in – shockingly to me it said I had gained weight and I went home and cried and felt like a failure as I was eating normally and now working out! Clare was great and told me not to focus on it, she said 1. I didn’t look like I had and 2. If I’m eating a well balanced diet and moving my body then I’m doing great. She also said to focus on how I feel and advised me I had in fact gained a good amount of muscle too. As someone with body dysmorphia and constantly picks at myself, it was still in the back of my mind.. and Clare never asked to weigh me again. I was dreading that I would need to be weighed on my last session but it wasn’t even mentioned and I really appreciate that too! My clothes do feel better and I feel strong – but my main goal was to enjoy working out and getting back in the gym. My last session was on a Friday evening and I went back to the gym after 8 months on the Sunday morning and had a great workout! Ive been working out 3x a week at the gym ever since!! I enjoy it and I look forward to going – so I’m really pleased. Clare again was brilliant, she text me some helpful information such as my current reps/timings/weights I’ve been using, things to remember when doing certain exercises etc. She also text me the day after to ask how the gym went!
To summarise, I could not fault this experience. Clare is friendly, knowledgeable and is a safe space for anyone who is anxious or insecure about the gym or just getting their body moving again. I really appreciate all her help and hoping to join one of her classes soon too. Thanks again Clare 🙂

I started attending boogie bounce classes with Clare years ago but after an accident I had to stop. I found it difficult to get back into any kind of exercise after I had recovered and tried various different things but couldn’t stick to anything.
I am a nurse so the early days of the pandemic where really tough times for me as they where for many of us in the healthcare profession. I needed something fun to take my mind of work when I wasn’t there and to improve my health and wellbeing . I saw that Clare was doing online classes so I booked on. I started with one bounce class a week then added in kettlercise and Pure stretch.
I have been doing at least 4 classes a week since we where able to go back to face to face classes and I love it!
All the classes are welcoming and you can do them at our own pace without any judgement.
I am probably the fittest I have ever been and often workout with a smile on my face and a laugh (if I can breathe!)😃
Clare is always on hand if you have any questions or need any advice regarding fitness and nutritional goals. 💚
