Excellent service. Same day appointment. Very efficient doctor (despite my distracting him with a discussion about optimism and positive psychology). He has obviously been practising as the injections were quick and relatively painless. Clear advice about why I didn't need additional vaccinations that had been suggested by others.

Can't fault the experience. The facilities are clean, the staff were friendly and approachable and my nurse was very informed and informative. Administering of my vaccine was completely painless. Would definitely return in the future.

Travelling east with many things to do, City Doc made the vaccination effortless. I was well informed, well treated and the documentation forwarded afterwards is thorough. The Dr. Was 5 star. I will definitely use them again .

Terrible service. We were told our children had temperatures after a reading was taken using a chest thermometer so they were not given vaccines. We asked for a second reading with an ear thermometer but were denied this option outright. We then took their temperatures at home with a Braun ear thermometer and every reading showed they did not have temperatures. Staff were not at all helpful. They should at least have a second device to double check the readings taken.

Wish there was a zero stars. Unprofessional, time wasters and an unreliable service. They don't care about their customers: two weeks in a row they just moved appointment times and locations on the day of the actual appointment. Wouldn't recommend this or any other CityDoc even if you're desperate. Not a serious business.
