I’ve been going to Circa for over four years, and it’s always been a staple in London’s gay nightlife scene. The vibe is fantastic—stylish, inclusive, and full of energy. The music is always on point, with DJs who know how to keep the crowd moving all night.

What sets Circa apart is the atmosphere. It’s a place where everyone feels welcome, whether you’re out for a big night or just a casual drink with friends. The staff are friendly, the drinks are reasonably priced, and the crowd is always fun and diverse.

Circa consistently delivers a great night out, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in London’s LGBTQ+ scene!

Admission 12£, Cloakroom 3£. Decent house music but that place it's always empty! At the entrance there was no one queueing and for being Bank holiday it says everything. The security guy told us that there were 45 people inside but once we were in I could count 20 maximum. 😱 So boring night! We left after 2:00 am since we lost the hope that place could get more busy.

My first time here was actually really nice, I found the club really stylish, spacious and well maintained. The staff is kind, the music was blasting and really good, and the prices are also very affordable in any London terms. I definitely will come back here 🤩

Our ā€œpremium seatingā€ had an excellent view of this wall. Unfortunately, the performers were on the other side of it. Luckily we didn’t miss much because the show lasted about 3 total songs.

We saw 3 other tables complain about their ripoff view as well. Totally understand there’s limited seating at a socially distanced event, but just don’t sell tickets ā€œwith a viewā€ if it’s going to be of this wall.

Staff confirmed that guests are frequently disappointed but that the management doesn’t care. I’m leaving this negative review per their recommendation.

Support your local queens, just don’t expect to actually see them at Circa.

Had a great night celebrating my birthday at Circa embankment! Music/DJ was perfect and a better place to go in central London. Daniel helped organise a guest list so I highly recommend doing a guest list if you are part of a group!

Music OK, security organisation totally rubbish for NYE 2024/25. Said to arrive before 1030pm but they weren’t even ready

Possibly the most shocking experience I have ever had in a bar.
We were drawn in by the 2-4-1 signs on cocktails paraded outside the bar. On entry there was flies circling the establishment but didn’t pay too much attention as it was a really warm day.
After waiting 20 minutes at the bar (there was only two people in front of me), we were told there was no 2-4-1 on cocktails despite all the signs - none of them saying there was restrictions.
The bartenders were perhaps the most inexperienced bartenders I have ever seen. Being a bartender myself I understand the stress of a busy Saturday but for it to not even be all that busy there was no need for the slowness and rudeness of the bar staff.
The cocktails ended up tasting like water and were not at all enjoyable for how much they were. The staff also said they did not do mojitos despite being on the menu as it was reserved for a ā€˜cocktail day’ - again no indication anywhere for a ā€˜cocktail day’.
Such a shame as it is a great location to stop and have a drink.
