Community Physio have provided excellent care so far I have seen very competent staff who have been professional and kind. I feel that my symptoms of pain and restrictions to my range of movement are improving. Happy customer thanks NHS staff

Took our very serious, legitimate complaint about CWP Mental Health service to our MP and the Parliamentary Ombudsman and after over a year it went nowhere.
Complete denial and PHSO seem to collude in denial of their poor patient care.
Decision final. No review. No appeal.

My advice, avoid this organisation like the plague.

Been waiting 10.5 years for mental healthcare and the last time I spoke to them they said it will be another year at least. Genuinely cannot get anything from them no matter what I say (and I am diagnosed)

I would give 0 stars if I could. My vulnerable 17 year old with LD and autism has had the misfortune to be bounced around the outside of various services hosted by this organisation only to finally get in to be told to self-refer to another part of the organisation which turned out to be inappropriate. As someone with extensive experience at a senior level in both provider and commissioning NHS organisations this is the worst example of "joined up care" I have seen. Not fit for purpose.

Don't know where to begin on their integrated care service; it's even possible it might not actually exist. There's no recognisable complaints process (gentle hint: ref: 0123-22178 has been left hanging, certainly unresolved); what passes for PALS has no liaison skills, there's no way of recording that a patient believes (& can prove!) a clinical record to be false & no continuity of what passes for patient 'care'. The Trust apparently prides itself on being 'patient-centred'. When they've finished throwing our millions at that single patient, I respectfully suggest they have a look at the other patients being put their way. The last straw was an appointment today with a very out-of-her-depth-with-humans IC physio. She seemed to believe I was there with knee issues, when it's actually spine, with all relevant X-rays & scans pointing there. There is a leg issue with now-chronic (ta for that, CWP) sciatica but you'd expect their physio practitioners to know their back from their elbow. The real clincher came when I was explaining day-to-day problems with being (at 73 years of age, with advanced spinal degeneration) sole 70hr p.w. carer for a dementia sufferer 4 stones heavier than me and she ventured that it was 'good' that I was getting all that exercise. They really should make a couple of days of dementia care a mandatory part of their staff training; apart from the benefit it would bring to the social care crisis, it might make them think twice before acting in such a blatantly derogatory way towards us real carers.

Declined referrals citing an existing diagnosis and that I disagreed with the diagnosis. I do not have that diagnosis, and have been actively trying to get an assessment for it. FML.

Stated they signposted me to a specific workshop with R&WT. I was not signposted at all, just told to refer myself to them with no guidance on why. When I signed up to that workshop, there was no space remotely and both in person groups were 1hr+ away.

Absolutely disgusted. Cheshire and Wirral Partnership website indicated Covid 19 drop in centre being held on 16th June 2023 at Winsford Lifestyle Centre between 10.00am and 4.30pm. My wife turned up at just after 12 o'clock to discover that the clinic was held on 15th June 2023. Obviously only those who were psychic could turn up as my wife was notified of 16th June 2023 on her mobile phone also!!!

I got a referred by my GP to call this place. i literally called up and said "hi my name is, and my GP referred me" she answered "that's not a referral is it, that's a self referral... what exactly did your GP say" i answered "im sorry it was because of anxiety i honestly am struggling to remember" she said "hold one minute" then proceeded to put the phone down on me. i only have anxiety problems this place is supposed to deal with people with all sorts of mental health issues and that's the kind of help you provide? its absolutely disgusting. I know its not very manly to say but this call actually upset me, knowing that other people who genuinely need help have the phone literally hung up on them
