Wonderful supportive place to receive support with any kind of mental distress. A safe non judgmental space where people will listen to and support you. The courses offer some really useful ideas to help with recovery and maintaining mental wellbeing and the peer support groups provide a supportive environment and a place to be heard. There are social events also to help with inclusion so you never need to feel alone. All run by people who care and understand. Somewhere to be yourself, gain support, get some helpful tips and also to help others in peer support. Invaluable service

When i arrived at changes i was terrified of my own shadow. Changes has supported me through illness, loss and alcoholism, encouraging me and teaching me to learn to live with and not suffer with mental health! It actually does here what it says in their mission statement.
I am now part of a special group of people i class as a second family who help me to make good decisions and i hopefully help them. Through taking part in the workshops i have become not ashamed of myself. I accept who i am and don't focus on what I'm not, which was a biggy for me. Thank you to everyone there at Changes that I've met, but also those behind the scenes. It takes each and everyone of us for Changes to work as well as it does.
I have also seen many folk get well through attending the peer support groups and confidentially problem solving overwhelming issues that everybody has. Definitely 5 stars

If you need help with wellbeing, this is a great start. A good place to make connections. A non judgemental environment. They give people safe space to meet , and run useful courses at various days and times. The people here have been through most of the things that most of us have been through.

Changes is an amazing organisation, I learned so much about my own recovery. It helped to speak with other like minded individuals. Attending workshops and the support groups gave me hope! There is no other service like Changes and what it offers leaves no stone unturned. The fact you can refer yourself the same day is brilliant, no waiting list, genuine understanding people, you could not ask for a more valued service for the people of Staffordshire, I for one will always be grateful.

Changes is a life saver to anyone who's been there. When I first went there I was so sacred and nervous I wasn't very well so it took a while for things get better but I realise that things that were happening, how we think, the unhealthy behaviours that we relate to alot of things that are said by people and coaches I thought how I felt was normal or how I should be treated.

Staff at changes as coauths are amazing they been through mental health too so they know what they talking about and there's no judgement part from support and honesty. Staff at peer support at changes are amazing too I did my O A with them, I'm not at the moment as I not very well at moment but I get a lot support off staff including manager still go to peer support group too for the extra support.

I Recommend changes to anyone under distress it will help you they there to support you and help you but you the one got make them changes and steps and if you took the first two Stepps and that admitting you a problem and the action then your on your way. I trust changes and I know they there when I really need it
All staff and freinds from there younall amazing 👏
