Called the hub to get food assistance and they said nothing was available, to call back in a couple months. I called back and Nick told me that I need to wait several days so they can make sure my Ryan White is active. Of course it is and why can’t you validate sooner. If I’m calling to ask food assistance it’s a last resort and I don’t have time to still and wait. Tired of the run around.

I've unfortunately experienced harm and downright rudeness 12 out of the 13 times I've tried groups and services here. Very disappointing. I was hoping this would be a great resource and place of support for the community and myself, after searching for support for so long, but that has not been my experience.
