I’ve done the 6 week courses in hand building, and throwing. The throwing did not come easily for me so I’ve redone the 6 weeks with membership and I’m finally getting it. The staff are all friendly and helpful, as are the other potters. I would highly recommend for everyone!

We have had so much fun with our projects today!
I do hope that I am coming back for the rest of the course. An easy step by step class and a really friendly teacher.
All tidy and clean even we played with clay.
Tea was offered but you can bring your drink if you want. Beautiful day indeed. I recommend gladly. See part of our projects on the pictures.

Had a fantastic time for my daughter’s birthday. Anna was really helpful in the whole booking process .Vic was very patient instructor with all the kids and they all enjoyed the tasters. Really recommend to whoever who wants to do the kids birthday party a little different.

Brilliant classes, wonderful staff. I could not give enough positive feedback. I am going to continue coming regularly as / when I can because it is an enriching time to be spent. Someone once questioned the price but when considering what some people spend for a single night out or a few hours at a mediocre restaurant? It is hands down far better money spend and more enjoyable.

It has been such a positive experience joining CPW. Every time I go, I find that people (both staff and members) are incredibly friendly, generous with their time and advice, very patient, and just generally inspiring to be around. Staff in particular are always extremely welcoming and helpful. It’s a wonderful community to feel part of. The studio is set up in such an organised, intuitive way so that even beginners like me can quickly feel confident knowing what to do and where things go (but there’s always people around to ask if you’re unsure). There are also lots of extra things going on - masterclasses you can sign up to, raku firings, and an exhibition of member’s work as you go in - so lots to feel continually inspired by. I started with a taught membership doing wheel throwing with James and I had so much fun learning and trying things out- I thoroughly recommend!

Loved it, Never realised how enjoyable and relaxing the pottery process was, and really good fun with colleagues. Our trainer was excellent, she helped us when needed but also gave us space to have fun and experiment. Thanks for a great evening!
