My daughter enjoyed it from the first day she started she is very happy every time she goes to karate she always trains with strength and dedication thanks to Sensei Richard and the coaches .🙏🏼💪🏼

Richard is a mighty force to be reckoned with. His tough love and "no nonsense approach" to teaching is reminiscent of his military past. Though he is stern and formidable, his kind, caring and compassionate nature is ever visible and present in each and every aspect of his teaching style. The kids (or 'samurais', I should say) love their sensei, Richard, as he commands their respect and admiration. We parents, too, are attentive to Richard's natural leadership and authority, as we would not dare disobey his orders, either! I think it's fair to say he's our sensei, too!
Our girl has been a part of Canton Martial Arts for just shy of two months now, and to say we are pleased with the progress she has made would be the understatement of the century. It is a joy to watch her confidence and self-discipline improve after every karate session, whilst her moves improve alongside. In a few years time, I fear she will replace me as the man of the house!
Richard and the rest of the gang at Canton Martial Arts have done a spectacular job, building strength of character in a generation of children through the medium of very fun and enjoyable Karate classes.
If you are a parent and wondering whether you should go ahead and sign your child up, do it! You will not regret it.

Joining Canton Is one of the very best things we have ever done for our son and one of the only groups that he has wanted to consistently attend. We have seen huge improvement In concentration, determination and resilience In certain situations. I joined the Ladies Combat class in January and didn't know quite what to expect. It was a great decision! I have learned new skills, met some amazing people and improved my overall fitness and strength. The instructors are really supportive, meeting each student where they are, and encouraging us all to develop. Successfully completing a grading in May was a proud achievement 🌟
