I joined the Selby Starlets class in 2024 & absolutely love it. I wanted a form of exercise that was fun & not too difficult as I'm in my 50's & not fit at all.
I couldn't have found a better class. Paris is a wonderful instructor who goes through all the routines step by step with you. She provides all the props needed (excellent quality) & teaches a wide variety of dances.
I enjoy it so much I have recently joined the Selby Sirens class too (I'd go 5 nights a week if I could!) Paris immediately makes you feel at ease & not only teaches you to dance, she gives you the confidence to feel good doing it. The beauty of her classes is that there are no limitations to age, size or experience.
I held a party at home & she came & did afew demonstrations & got people up dancing. She went down an absolute storm, everyone loved it.

My partner has been with Paris now for 2 1/2 years and the classes have been instrumental in her confidence. Every experience I have had at shows with Paris has been positive and I always find that she puts her girls before anything else.

The shows are professional, the atmosphere is fantastic and my partner always comes home talking about how much fun class was and tries her best to never miss a class.

Absolutely the perfect place to go for Burlesque and dancing in our local area, Paris is a credit to her profession. And long may her classes continue.

Burlesque with Paris has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. The classes are inclusive and a joy to be part of. Each routine is accessible to all and Paris' ensures that groups build teamwork and trust by working with the group as a whole and not singling anyone out. Paris builds your confidence with each carefully choreographed routine and each term ends with a fabulous dress-up evening which aims to increase your performance ability. I love it so much that I now attend three different classes with a vibrant mix of wonderful ladies! Each class is unique and special and I'm proud to be part of them all.

I've been going to class for just over a year now and have gone from never wanting to do a show to developing my second solo AND dancing at a car show! The routines are for all abilities, the classes are a fabulous mix of all ages, shapes and sizes and I can honestly say my body confidence (at age 52 as I write) has never been higher.
My classmates are all super supportive of each other and I would trust each and every one with my life.
Thanks to this class I am now a confident, even more sassy and sexy lady. Cannot recommend this class and this teacher more highly.

I have been part of burlesque with Paris for a few years now, and i can honestly say I've never been to a dance class with such a family vibe. The ladies become family building each other up. Paris is such an amazing instructor. she's kind, caring, taking the time to make sure everyone's confident in what we're doing as well as providing top quality props for us to use. They isn't anywhere I'd rather be on a Thursday night I'm do thankful she brought the classes to hull.

I've been with Paris since 2022. I've done lots of classes with several different groups and different instructors. Paris is by a million miles the best. I'm still quiet and shy but she is the only one that has got me on stage doing a solo. Her support with all the girls is constant. Inside and outside class. If I have a negative thing to say about Paris is that she gives too much, she cares too much.

We both attended the Revelry of Tease show in May & I'm looking forward to seeing my wife perform her first ever solo on stage in November.

Been dancing here for a few years now and absolutely love it! I go to the friday class and it's the perfect way to end the week and everyone is so lovely and welcoming! The instructor is a great teacher, performer and friend and the shows are also phenomenal! Would highly recommend this class to all!
