I engaged Gavin for 3 sessions initially to assist my job search following redundancy.
In our intro conversation he immediately made me feel at ease and that I was able to open up to him. Gavin was clear and structured and outlined his approach for our sessions upfront. He helped me to reflect on my strengths and what I wanted from my next role. His style was very supportive and he brought his ideas to live with regular examples, keeping the conversation flowing. So many terrible people are out there to take advantage of job hunters, promising they can help but in actual fact are just there to peddle some advice but it comes to nothing. Gavin is NOT one of these people.

I struggle with interviews. However, Gavin has been great in coaching me with great ways to answer questions that I know (power of 3 squared) and ones I don't..eg 'how many people go though Heathrow every year'. So perhaps interviews aren't so scary.

After 3 sessions I thought it was over but oh no, Gavin followed up after an interview to see how it went, we spoke about some questions that I could have done better all for free and time taken out of his schedule.

Really great guy to work with and adds great value to finding a job. Highly recommended.
