Aww I felt so good after the Recharge and Restore retreat my friends organised for us all. We came with different yoga abilities but were all able to enjoy it fully thanks to our lovely instructor Bernie who looked after us with her warmth, positive and loving energy. She ensured we were doing it correctly, safely, the whole session went by in no time. I loved it. I realised that I actually love yoga. I tried 6 years ago for 3 classes then gave up thinking I was not souple enough. If only I had started with Bernie!
It was a particularly beautiful sunny day, birds singing outside, the venue was the prettiest, filled with soft light, amazing scent that Bernie sprayed. I was delighted to find a little gift bag with some of the great products she is using from Ilapothecary.

Thank you Bernie for this much needed restoring retreat, for the joy you brought us all and the much appreciated gifts.

I will recommend you to anyone looking to practice yoga.

Bernie is amazing at what she does. Her retreats are beautifully calming, full of love and warmth. She guides from her soul. The yoga, walk and sound bath were a perfect balance and just what I needed.

Bernie’s yoga retreats are amazing. After having been to few I know I will have a chance to unwind, eat some nourishing food and be surrounded by people with such great energy.
Her yoga classes are suitable for all abilities and she adapts postures to suit each individual. I truly feel nourished and recharged after attending her retreats. She is a great teacher and such a positive lovely person with great energy. Would highly recommend.
