The bearded Muslim man on reception is very sarcastic in his manor towards customers using the service, he comes a cross as intimidating and unapproachable, surely in a place where the offering support for people who are suffering with memory problems and who might be suffering with anxiety and depression they should not be exposed to somebody like that it's very disheartening which is a shame to say.

Although I do give credit to the other support team members the clinicians as the support what they offered was paramount and with compassion, which could definitely not be said for the person on reception this is not one experience it's happened on numerous occasions and it even talking to other customers in there Centre have felt the same to so maybe he needs to be addressed and spoken with.

Hard to review, the Kirby ward seems a little dark and boring for saying there are mentally ill patients. Staff are ok they do their job and seem to know what they are doing.
