Bayberry @ The Meadows provides a warm, caring and supportive environment where real change is possible, but the fundamental truth remains: you have to put in the work. The staff are all incredible and foster a culture of compassionate self discovery, supporting you to be the best version of yourself.
The food is fantastic, the spaces are all clean and tidy, with your own bedroom to rest and recharge in. It's a bonus that you don't have to do your own laundry either. Lots of opportunities to exercise and engage in mindfulness.
One of the most valuable lessons here is learning to trust the process. It's not always easy, and there are moments when doubt and frustration creep in. But if you commit to the doing the work and allowing staff, peers to walk alongside, guide and support you, then the Skys the limit.

Couldn't recommend highly enough. Too early to confidently say my experience was life changing, but you get what you put into your treatment. Met some really amazing people there. The staff are very good at what they do and I would like to thank Dean, Ricky, Baz, Kelvin, Steve, Jackie and Debbie-Leigh for everything they did for me.

General Manager Mel is a big big problem. Therapist Steph is festering from years of working at this establishment (comfortable) she offers no growth to this organisation or anyone who comes through its doors.

I don't know where to start. What an amazing place. This place has changed my life, so much for the better. The staff were all so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. James you were just great. The food! Oh my goodness the food was just amazing! I have come home a confident relaxed person all my family can't believe the transformation. I would recommend Bayberry 100%

Thanks to all the team at Bayberry!

What I expected to be an awful and experience ended up being very enjoyable and instrumental in my recovery.

I left feeling incredible, healthy, positive, stronger and more importantly sober.

The staff and councillors were incredible as we're facilities, accommodation and food.

Of course in a rehabilitation centre there are restrictions but it is handled in a very relaxed way i.e being able to keep your phones and laptops so you don't feel isolated.

The sessions were calm, relevant to your needs, constructive, interactive, non judgemental and extremely productive. You are also placed with likeminded residents with similar issues which makes one very comfortable.

The opportunity for free online aftercare is also a massive plus!

I can't thank the team enough! I would highly recommend to anyone.

I have wondered to right this review but I feel very let down by the aftercare of Bayberry.
My husband went into rehab for a whole month spending £10,000 the accommodation was good, the care and attention of the staff amazing but there is non existent aftercare except being told to continue with AA meetings. This wasn’t possible when Covid hit after.
I rang but got no advice and no help So frustrating! The aftercare of Barberry needs to be seriously looked at again because it’s doesn’t exist!! Think really seriously about this place. We have been severely let down!☹️

9/8/21: Zero exit strategy. A pleasant stay, kind staff, good food and all the rest of it. However, the clinical aspect of the experience is lacking. Whatever progress is made is immediately undermined by the lack of aftercare, or more significantly, a plan of how you are going to move forward post-Bayberry.
Of course it would be ideal if residents could plan and anticipate the challenges of their discharge themselves. However, it is clear to me that this is precisely where the expertise of the specialists at Bayberry, who have observed people's journey through treatment should come into play.

17/8/21: Efforts were made by management to rectify elements of my experience. This took place on site and I am assured that adjustments to process and improvements have been made in light of feedback.
