Peter Pan was great & the kids loved it, the seating is comfortable, modern and clean. The only reason this place doesn’t get 5 stars is because we had to pay £1.50 for kids booster seats which is slightly unfair as we had already paid for a seat. The drinks & snacks are also very expensive but this is to be expected. Overall a great day out.

This was my first visit to Waterside, and, overall, it was very enjoyable. Friendly staff and a lovely theatre.

The unusual and quirky interior is impressive, seats are comfy and the whole theatre is quite intimate.

Decent sound, and the only issue is the same one as any theatre, and that is the ridiculous bar prices and inability to organise a proper queuing system 🤣

Overall, really good night out

We've just gotten back from the Peter Pan pantomime. The show was spectacular, even from the back seats. The venue itself is also amazing. You'd never think you'd have such a great theatre in Aylesbury. The male bathrooms have baby change facilities, with a toilet too, so that's a bonus.

The grips we have with the place are as mentioned before. You have to pay for a booster despite the pricing and the event being aimed at families. Where we were sat was absolutely boiling, I mean if you're in circle 2 in the top, bring something you need baking. Even worse with the fact people were dressed for the winter weather.

You can buy food/drink bits at the theatre obviously priced at the venues choosing or go to Waitrose for some bits.

Finally the venue has been been consumed by the ATG ticketing group. So if you need help, you're unable to actually call the theatre, for help regarding something with their venue.

If you're driving enjoy Aylesbury councils parking logic and pricing. Across the road it feels like it's almost 1:1 with yellow bays, and nothing really for young families.

There's bus stops outside and a quick walk from the station if you're needing to take the train. Which is great if you're having a meal and some drinks. Or just don't want to fight for a spot to park.

Theatre its self is lovely but could not believe that they charged £1.50 for a booster seat. Prices for snacks and drinks were extortionate.

First time visiting the theatre, watched Leigh Francis, a gorgeous well spaced theatre. Comfy seating, various levels for entries to the allocated areas. Parking access across the road from the theatre. Highly recommend, will be back!

Was waiting outside all day in the queue for Fish show on Feb 28 to be able to be in the front row, center stage. I was the 4th person in line. When doors opened saw that there were at least 30 people already in front row. Scrambled to at least get front row but way off to the right. This was my First time at the Aylesbury Waterside Theatre and will probably be my last if this is how they treat fans

Beautiful theatre, very well designed, and plenty of seating room.
There is a small multi-storey car park next door but get there early if you want a space for an evening performance.
