I love living here! I really do! Bridget was my leasing consultant and she is awesome. They are really sweet in the office. The amenities are amazing. Brand new everything and the bathrooms are so spacious. It is super safe as they value security! Don't hesitate come live here !

I wanted to share my experience with viewers. I toured, leased and was approved with Atworth. My leasing specialist was Alicia “Ms Edward’s” and special she was! She was patient and I mean I looked at about 7 apts before making a decision! She gave me the white glove treatment and have many ppl waiting but treated me like I was the only one! And I listened how she navigated the parties waiting. She was phenomenal! I am a Property Manager in the industry myself and couldn’t have appreciated her techniques more! Thank you Alicia☺️. Thus far, it has been a good experience her at Atworth. From our initial tour of the place with agent Jai. She was an exceptional communicator, very thorough and knowledgeable. She always answered our questions and ensured we received quality services. The rest of the staff are equally warm, friendly and accommodating. The building itself is nice and kept. I always appreciate the concierge Ms. Wanda’s prompt follow up when I’ve received a package. She is always courteous, organized, friendly and timely. I truly appreciate her services here at Atworth. And she is ever so stylish so that’s a plus! Always refreshing to see great staff working together for the good of the community.

When I originally moved in I believed that this was a great deal for brand new apartments however, things quickly began to change. First and foremost, during the entire leasing process I was informed that I would receive 2 month of rent for free. After signing the lease an agent disclosed that 2 month of free rent only applies to 24 month leases. This is something that should’ve been disclosed in the application process. The parking rules have changed multiple times within the 6 months of me living here. Originally guess parking was free now it’s $5 a day. But the real kicker is they just increased our resident parking from $75 a month to $125. Almost doubling the cost. This is supposed to be an income restricted building so adding on extra fees defeats the whole purpose of that. The leasing/management team seems money hungry and takes advantage of the residents. I do not recommend moving here if you don’t want to be hit with random fees and increases.
