Having moved from the south of England, I have been absolutely astounded at the difference in care between that I received in the south, and at this practice. Every doctor and member of staff I have seen has been amazing. They all go above and beyond. I have had some serious medical conditions and each time I've been dealt with seriously and with care. The phone is answered promptly and politely. They are never intrusive. Appointments are always easy to obtain and you are seen very quickly. The secretaries who organise paperwork are insanely fast. If I order a prescription online through my portal, I know the chemist will have it within about an hour.
On a few occasions I've had to have very long telephone or face to face conversations about my care, and have never felt I've been rushed.
I'm currently looking at moving slightly out of the catchment for my surgery and the one reason holding me back from a house move, is I would lose the care of this amazing team.

They are all incredible and I would love them to know how grateful I am. Thank you for literally holding me together for the past 4/5 years.

Great service here, you can be seen the same day which previously had been a struggle before moving to the area.

I'd like to give a shout out to Dr Higgs. After years of being dismissed by others (not by aspatria health care) I actually felt listened too, and may finally get answers. Thank you for taking me seriously and seeing I needed more help.

Exceptional. Every individual in this group , reception staff, nurses, office staff, and particularly the doctors, have been professional and caring. Not a normal GP practice. Their responses are positive, fast, proactive and actually embody the principles of the Hippocratic oath.

New to the area, the lady on phone so very nice and helpful. Then myself and my husband went yesterday to have our check up.wow so welcome the nurse was so very nice( Shirley) and i can honestly say iv never felt so relaxed in a waiting room having music spot on. Also id like to add we were so impressed with how clean and tidy it was. I wud give 10 stars thankyou.
