George is super friendly and amazing!! Appointment was available right away didn’t have to wait a week or anything like that. Beth was super helpful and professional. Amazing place!

The doctor spent a lot of time answering all my questions and explaining everything to me, clarifying how things work.
The phlebotomist made the injection completely painless, rarely happens to me.
Nobody judged me for my sexual practices and I was given information and my questions explained, I even got a fun educational brochure.
Even the pharmacist waited until the end of my long doctor appointment and filled all my Rx right away. I even got some stuff for free from the clinic.

I truly didn't expect this level of care and how excellent everything went.

Truly can’t say enough good things about ASHWell. In addition to the ongoing care and medications they were able to provide vaccinations on-site during my standard visit. Plus the team there is so incredibly nice and thoughtful. Really love this place and glad I switched over to them.

I appreciate this place, and I also wish it was managed better. Like, why is it so hard to send my prescription to the right Avita location and not deadname me to providers. I've gotten my legal name changed, and they should know that since I've put my correct name on multiple forms! Also, why not give me enough medicine to get from one follow-up appointment to the next; I'm always left scrambling to get vials of T a couple weeks before my follow-up. Also, it takes so long for them to send in my lab paperwork; why not send it in right after my follow-up appointment? Why the 1-2 week delay? Last: sometimes my prescription cost goes up with no warning, and it'd be cool if they could just tell me ahead of time (since y'all only give out a small amount of prescriptions anyway, would it not be possible to just do an email blast to everyone?).

Also known as 'Ashwell', the staff was helpful over the phone. They go almost exclusively by appointment, and double-book to make-up for no-shows/cancellations.

'Kind Clinic' is a possible alternative, depending on availability.
