Absolutely useless.
I registered 3 months ago, never once was able to get through the phone, I'm always on hold - 1st person in the queue then after about 40 minutes I get fed up and hang up.
I went in twice at 8am, queued outside as soon as the door opened the receptionist said they've got 0 appointments available for the day so everybody had to leave. How is that even possible of you don't pre- book patients? Does it mean you had literally no doctors in the building that day?
I'm so fed up, I'm on repeat prescription and it's impossible to get hold of my meds. I'm going in today for the last time to sign out and I'm going to register somewhere else. Don't bother with this practice, it's like one of those fake sets in the movies. Looks like a GP building from the outside but there's nobody working in there.

If you value your life do not use these doctors. Total lack of care. I’m a new patient. I have been without my prescription and put in a request. It said 48 hours on their web form. After 4 days I sent an emailed asking what the issue is. They say they haven’t received any of my records from my old gp so can’t prescribe anything. They didn’t call or anything to talk to me or let me know. They just blew me off. They told me they can’t take my word for what prescriptions i need but it’s somehow my job to get the old gp to send everything to the new gp. They made no attempt to obtain the records simply blew me off. I will be switching gps again as I can’t stomach the idea of having to fight for a doctor or staff to do their job and not expect me to do their admin work for them while at the same time suggesting I’m unfit to relay my previous prescription needs. Imagine not even calling or contacting me. Just blowing me off. Sick.

UPDATE!

RECEPTIONIST'S YET AGAIN!! APPALLING!!

Waiting 40 minutes this morning for a reply after ringing at 8am as you have to.
Then on the phone, a receptionist that was rude, arrogant and spoke to me like I had some severe speech disability or I was severely mentally ill or something.
Absolutely disgusting way to deal with someone who is trying to make an appointment.
This person today wasn't even interested in what I was trying to say, they just tried to talk down to me and was seriously very rude.
If you can't speak politely as a receptionist in a doctors surgery, you are definitely in the wrong job, so if I was you, I should quit and give your job to a professional person, because you aren't and you know who you are!!!
I WILL be making an official complaint.
1 star because I can't give 0.

Ok,
So I've been with this GP for quite a while now and I've only had a couple of "hiccups" (shall we say) with them, regards the appointment booking system when you have to ring up at 8am to get an appointment, which I only gave 3 stars for.
But all in all I can honestly NOW say, they are very good and I've never failed to get an appointment since that occasion, they are kind enough also to move things around if it's considered important, I think maybe the person is getting more skilled and used to their new role, which makes me happy with the service I require and proves they listen.
Remember guys, if you are polite with them, they will be polite with you, there is no excuse to be rude.
So saying that, I highly recommend this practice and I wouldn't move to another.
They do use quite a few locum doctors and nurses etc but don't they all these days, it's not the practice, it's the way it is in the NHS unfortunately, they are under great pressure but they are a Godsend and I really don't know what I'd do without our Great British way of having doctors surgeries etc.
Anyway, I have now given 5 stars out of 5.

If you need any help at all go elsewhere. This place is an absolute joke of a service. I have been calling from 8 am for the last 5 working days only to have to waitan hour for a call back to be told they have no spaces left at all for 5 times running now. What's a stupid system this is and no-one seems to give a flying yehaaa about you. Your just another number pestering them for some time which they do not want to give you. When you do finally get in I can guarantee you will never see the same person twice and through won't have a clue who you are. Having adhd thisbis going tkbbe the death of me dealing with this incompetence and disgusting way of treating people.
THE NHS IS FINISHED.... GO PRIVATE IF YOU CAN. THE NHS WILL KILL YOU.

The photos are me calling at bang on 8 am, then a call back a full hour later to be let down 5 times running now. They know I have adhd but don't care.

The worst GP I have dealt with in UK. You cannot meet the doctor easily. I have been trying to call for 3 days at 8 am and I have been waiting for 40 minutes. Then they tell you to go to the Al-Walken Center.
Reservations are only at 8 am, and when you answer the call, they tell you that there are no appointments. Why is it difficult to set appointments are available at any time, like all GPs units.

Unfortunately this GP service no longer has a GP, my last two appointments have not been a Doctor even though I requested a Doctor, today trying to make an appointment I am being told some one who is not a Doctor is just as good as a Doctor, some how I do not think so and I do not feel they should be telling patients this either. Becoming a GP in the UK takes 9-11 years.
One appointment the lady I had to see, phoned a friend while I was sitting there to get advise on how to proceed, not a very good experience, then she explained she could not issue the medication I required and would need to speak with the GP, the GP I wanted to speak to.
