From the start of our correspondence, Lynn was helpful and very accommodating. The price was also incredible for the quality of the visit. All my class got to hold several animals and were able to ask lots of questions to develop their learning. Lynn was informative, warm and adapted her visit to suit our needs. I was particularly impressed with how she catered for our SEND children. Overall an experience myself and the children will never forget. The smiles on their faces were priceless. Thank you Lynn. Amazing service provided by the lovely Lynn!

Animals in Mind added a fantastic element to our event. Lynn was amazing and so good with the many children at our busy community event. Communication was excellent leading up to the event, and Lynn was incredibly flexible with us to meet our requirements with time changes. Today we at Thorndale care home had Lynn and her fabulous animals visit us. This is not the first and certainly won’t be the last time we invite them. Our residents had a fantastic time. From start to finish it was fun and educational and Lynn is brilliant! Not only was it a treat we also benefited from sight and touch sensory and coming together to enjoy the experience. Highly recommend and look forward to having them back!

Lynn provided the most incredible experience for my son’s 3rd birthday! She was responsive with her communications to arrange the planning and logistics, and arrived well-prepared on the day. She kept all the kids at the party engaged, which was no mean feat with ages ranging from 2-8! Her patience, coupled with interesting and easy-to-understand facts, meant the kids got the most out of each animal and creepy crawlie Lynn brought with. I was amazed by my son’s bravery with them all, but Lynn was so nurturing and calm throughout the day. I can’t recommend her enough if you’re looking for something fun, different and educational for a kids party.

I booked Lynn's therapy animals for my son's birthday party. What an amazing experience it was for all the children and adults alike. Lynn was organised, passionate, fun and inclusive. She had so much knowledge of all the animals she was presenting, she involved the children in all handling and conversation, she answered all the questions. It is clear she loves her animals and she has a good understanding of a range of children's special needs as she interacted in a good age and ability appropriate manner. I would definitely recommend her sessions and I would love to ask her to come again. Thank you so much.

Lynn has been coming into the Care Home I work at a number of times now. The residents and staff look forward to the animals visit and enjoy their time interacting with a variety of animals. Lynn is fantastic with the residents, and particularly gentle and encouraging to the residents on our memory lane communities. We have Lynn booked in for many more visits and would highly recommend an animal therapy visit from Lynn.

Lynn ran a birthday party for my 6 years old son, and she was amazing!
Lynn was fantastic with the children, encouraging them to take part in the kindest way. All the children and adults got the opportunity ( I they wanted to) to touch and hold all of the animals.

I booked Lynn at Animals In Mind for an evening animal workshop with a large group of Brownies. I received a quick response to our booking request, risk assessments and insurance swiftly followed. The evening itself was great, Brownies were able to touch or handle a number of animals, learning about their environment as the animals were carefully passed around. Lynn was engaging with all the girls and feedback from parents has been fantastic.
