I'm so grateful to have found Abi at Align Wellbeing. I'd never had Reiki before, so did not know what to expect, but was made to feel instantly comfortable. The Reiki and crystal healing is so divine that I treated myself to a block of sessions. The gorgeous treatments I've had and Abi's lovely energy and guidance are helping me through a difficult time in my life. I always leave feeling in tune with my self, peaceful and revitalised, plus the healing lasts for days afterwards.
I've also had the pleasure of joining an online group guided meditation with Abi, which was beautiful.

This was my first experience of crystal and reiki healing. Abi explained everything in detail and took her time with the healing. Not once did she watch the time and the healing was absolutely amazing. I felt it instantly and was could feel Abi tuned in with my spirit. I definitely feel you need to try it once yourself, if you are sceptical, you will be amazed by the results and Abi’s experience.

I highly recommend Align Wellbeing in Gamlingay. I have had reiki healing twice in her beautiful, calming, garden cabin, the second time with crystals. I found Abi after feeling I needed to shift some negative energy and hoped reiki could help. I have anxiety, ADHD and a few years on from a cancer diagnosis, which I was open with Abi about. I have always been interested in crystals and alternative, natural therapies, so was open to try it. I felt very relaxed the entire time and I appreciated talking to Abi too before and after the session, she doesn’t rush you and has an amazing insight and outlook. I really enjoyed the refreshing wild orange water too. I can’t describe the experience, it will be different for everyone, so I purposely won’t talk about it in too much detail. But I feel Abi is amazing and very clever, I felt so much calmer and happier after both sessions. I also feel released and free from any tension, stress or negativity. I experienced this during the reiki session physically too, which was weird and wonderful. My brain can’t comprehend how reiki works, but I truly believe it has helped me. It was also a really relaxing experience too, laying down under a cosy blanket and listening to calming music. I really look forward to going back to see Abi again, she has definitely readdressed my internal balance, I can’t thank her enough! I love the rose quartz crystal too she kindly gave me, I now carry it around everyday 🩷

I had the most wonderful reiki and crystal healing session with Abi. It was really nice to meet Abi and chat through the session beforehand, Abi clearly explained what would happen which was really helpful as I wasn’t fully sure what to expect and it really helped me to relax. Afterwards Abi went through what had come up and gave a thorough explanation which I found really interesting and accurate.
The session was great and although it’s mainly a hands off treatment I found it very calming and relaxing.
Abi was so knowledgeable and I am already looking forward to my next session and hopefully a crystal workshop to learn more.

I went to one of Abi's meditation classes which was clearly very considered and well held. Abi has a very gentle and informative approach and invited people to make the class their own (e.g. sitting on a chair, or lying on the floor, being present and inviting enquiry after each short meditation). At the end of the session she invited individuals to chose a affirmation card to take with them into the week which was a very generous and lovely touch. I would highly recommend the monthly moon meditations of hers in Gamlingay.
