I am so sad at the lack of care and compassion these apparently trained professionals have shown towards me today. I told them I was suicidal the response 'so are you doing anything nice this weekend'. Yes of course I have as I have just told you I have extreme depression and suicidal thoughts so I'm going roller blading and then throwing myself of Healey aqueduct. Honestly go to your GP or the crisis team but don't expect any support, comfort or help from RAID - especially if they're havig their lunch.

Staff so inconsiderate and rude
Wait time up to 8 hours when 4 o'clock at night
Staff stood about on their phones not seeming to care for their emergency patients
After seeing doctor,then took hours to get another appointment,eventhough it's suppose to be an emergency.
