I recently had a dyslexia assessment with Dr Horsford and it was a very pleasant experience. There was a comfortable environment, no judgment at all (which was what i was most worried about) and the time went by very quick. He’s a very kind person and will do his best to make you feel as comfortable as possible.
The final report was very clear and gave me ways to help at school and at work .
All in all a great experience!

Poor customer service. Just because I asked if I was speaking to a psychologist, that person called Ali cut me off and said thanks a lot. I was told an email would be sent and no further question can be asked. Did not receive an email as he didn't let me to tell him an email address.

It was a great pleasure to meet Bernard, the whole assessment was calm and nice for my son. He managed to finish with the help from Bernard. I would recommend to anyone if you need a assessment done to go to him. From the booking to the assessment was so easy. Plus he spotted something in my son that I had a feeling he had. Everything was great.

Excellent customer services. I received my Dyslexia assessment pack and a follow up call within few minutes of completing the online contact form. The process of booking the assessment was very easy too. During the assessment, Dr Horsford spoke clearly and calmly and he was very supportive throughout the assessment. Great experience - punctual and detailed in examination. I was happy to find that the doctor was a person of colour that would understand my culture without explanation. Usually a person who has no understanding of the culture can misjudge and misinterpret situations so this greatly put my mind at ease.
