The Mental Health Team have caused a serious problem between me and my daughters. They still can’t understand I cannot make an appointment due to car problems and money issues. My car will not be fixed, hopefully until Wednesday. This is the earliest I can have an appointment. It is obviously they believe I am lying. I have asked them to contact the garage.

I will never forgive hem for causing serious damage between me and my family. Pure nastiness.

Given diagnosis of a personality disorder. I was then informed that I wouldn’t be given any medication despite my ongoing severe depression, and just re-referred back to my GP who was utterly dumbfounded. Only my GP has been of any help and actually prescribed me anti-depressants. Patronising and clearly uncaring staff, with no offer of a follow up or any kind of support whatsoever! I hope I never have to deal with them again. Absolutely disgusted.

My husband rang up feeling suicidal, was made to wait hours for someone to call back, to be told all he needs to do to cure his PTSD is write down positive thoughts throughout the day, and to cure his nightmares and insomnia, put some lavender on his pillow at night.. he was also told that since he's had CBT already he should be "cured" from all his mental health issues.. the man he spoke to was uncaring, unkind, and could've easily pushed him over the edge. These people should be nowhere near this type of service and I do not know how you people can sleep at night!!! Shame on the lot of you.. disgusting!!
