Chris was my therapist for a year. He helped me explore reasons behind my addiction. I would definitely recommend his psychotherapy, and it definitely was helpful to keep me on the path of recovery. I only ever planned to reduce my usage of amphetamine and the amount of needles I was using. However I stopped with the help of Chris and I no longer use, I've been clean 18 months +. After 20 years of hardcore drug use and a long list of types of therapy I'd had, Chris is the only therapist who made a difference to my relationship with drugs and that has had massive positive impacts in all areas of my life. I'm very grateful to have my life back.
Chris makes you feel welcome and relaxed, he is very easy to talk to.
My advice to anyone struggling with addiction and toying with the idea of addiction therapy with Chris, would be pick up the phone and make an appointment, you have very little to lose but perhaps alot to gain.
