We've been using AITC for about 18 months for bookings at a couple of venues and we can't fault them. The communication is excellent and they offer us a level of flexibility that makes running our football sessions so much easier. Active in the Community have been a supportive and close partner in helping us engage more children in physical activity throughout Buckinghamshire. They've been accommodating when we've made changes and always helped find alternatives if their venues have other events happening. They've also been pro-active in helping us to reduce our venue hire costs which make up a significant part of our business expenses. They are also always available to contact if there are issues at venues which cannot always be said for other national providers. Would highly reccomend.

AITC have been absolutely wonderful at providing venues for us over the past 2 years, they have even come to the rescue and been so accommodating at the last minute!

Please do not book with this company. Made a booking and no one turned up to let us in. We had parents and kids waiting outside the venue in the cold. Their head of finance tried turning around and telling tell us it was our fault when we have an email to say the facilities are available to use. Shocking service, will not be using them again.
