Our family have had the most amazing experience with Acer Mews. Our Father was placed here with a terrible illness and had received inadequate treatment previously, however once he arrived at Acer Mews you could see his spirits rise. He frequently commented that he felt like he was living in a five star hotel and stated that he did not want to leave there. The care provided was second to none, with all his needs met with a smile. He made superb relationships in the home and was very fond of the staff; as were we all. The staff were kind, caring and empathetic and made the most difficult times in our lives so much better and they took the load off us so we can spend our time enjoying our Dad. I cannot thank them or recommend them enough and will be forever grateful to them.
