They always have gone over and above to help me, can’t fault them. The only issue is that since dr Ratan retired i haven’t had a steady psychiatrist they seem to change every few appointments

Signed off ASD & ADHD family member who suffers with anxiety & depression due to the fact the person cannot tolerate antidepressants & other such strong meds and was sick of their constant attack on advocate. We have been requesting they liaise with private therapist for 6YEARS!!! And yet they have not. Have not helped or made improvements to mental health in that time and have consistently caused more harm. Consistently have not listened and reported back to GP inaccurately. Now signed off with no access to much needed medications that can be tolerated or mental health support from nhs. Shocking place. Made formal complaint and will follow to fullest and accessing legal advice to pursue this. CQC aware and need to take a serious look at mental health care in North Leicestershire on the whole but especially this place. Whilst they're having a refit would benefit them greatly to to have a major rethink on staff.
