When I first found Joe I was feeling really stuck in my life. After having a period of illness and having to leave my job I didn’t know how to move forward and what my future looked like. This left me feeling really anxious and overwhelmed. As my youngest child was soon to start school I knew I wanted to start work again, but I wanted a career change and to do something which felt meaningful. Joe really helped me to figure out what was important to me in my career moving forward and what that would look like. She helped me to see the wood for the trees! She even went above and beyond by giving me potential job leads and contacts.

After working with Joe I feel like I know where I am heading and how to get there. I no longer feel overwhelmed and anxious and I have a much calmer outlook towards life. The self help tools which Joe has created such as ‘hug in a mug’ and ‘flower power’ have helped me immensely and I constantly refer to them to give me a lift and guidance.

Joe is the kindest, warmest and most understanding person you could meet. She is passionate about helping others to move forward and does this in a friendly and effective way. Working with her is like spending time with a trusted friend. She is absolutely amazing at what she does and I cannot recommend her highly enough 😊

She has quite simply changed my life.
