I go to both yoga and pilates with Emily, yoga on a Monday morning is the best way to start the week. I find both classes beneficial and I'm improving in my flexibility and core strength. Emily is super friendly and supportive, she'll often give variations of poses or exercises to allow for the diversity of abilities. I would highly recommend
