I feel really grateful to have come across Dr Theo Roberts (a recommendation) at the West Dorset Practice, as I truly feel he has helped me change my life.

I always felt that I was in a safe, non-judgmental space where I could open up and work through my challenges. He took the time to explain different concepts clearly, making complex issues much easier to navigate.

I’ve previously been someone who didn’t really believe that psychology could make much difference and I’ve never previously had a need or want to seek psychology services. However, this experience has completely changed my perspective on mental health and psychology in general and I’m forever grateful for everything I’ve learnt.

Thanks to his guidance, I've made tremendous progress in my personal journey, and I feel more equipped to handle life's difficulties.

After my daughter was having severe emotional difficulties and no help whatsoever from the nhs (still on the waiting list now after over 2 years!) I contacted the west Dorset practice for help. They really have gone absolutely above and beyond to help my daughter and myself. We now have an autism diagnosis for her, and on the pathway for an adhd diagnosis and with lots of support, we are through the first hurdle of obtaining her EHCP.
Not only do we now have her diagnosis, they’ve always been on hand to guide me through her struggles and hurdles we have encountered along the way. All I can say is thank you, we wouldn’t be where we are today without your help. I would 100% recommend these to anyone.
