I’ve been having regular aromatherapy massages with reiki at The Sanctuary for several months. Bev is an expert practitioner. In fact she provides the best massage I have ever had, at a very reasonable price. My physical/mental health has improved over the past few months since I’ve been going to The Sanctuary. Bev is also a healer and uses her skills and intuition to apply optimal pressure, (back massage is to die for!) Surrounded by relaxing soft music and immersed in the beautiful scents of essential oils, Bev’s therapies are the perfect antidote to stressful living. Thank you, Bev. ❤️

I’ve had 2 treatments with Bev and both times I’ve come away feeling so much better! She has a wonderful blend of skills and knowledge to provide a bespoke treatment exactly targeting your needs. The full body aromatherapy massage was just incredible, she mixed the oils based on how I’d explained how I was feeling. I also had reflexology and reiki which helped me feel more balanced and grounded. Highly recommended!

Where do I start. From the moment you hit the couch relaxation starts . I have had a chronic back problem for many years and the only treatment available has been painkillers.Since starting aromatherapy and reflexology with Bev my mobility and pain has much improved. I had a wonderful session with Beverley on 10th October 2023, while me and my best friend went on holiday.

I had a Very Bad Emotional time in my life before I came to the The Sanctuary and I badly broke down in tears when I explained to Beverley about my Traumatic past and thanks to Beverley, she helped me.

I've really enjoyed the massage and reiki session and I felt the weight just lifted off my shoulders as I've been carrying for a very long time.

Shame I can't come to The Sanctuary 2 or 3 times a week as I live in Romford in Essex (North East London)
But one day, me and my best friend hopefully will return.
