I cannot thank God enough for getting help from Adrian. He is amazing! And has a lot of wisdom, precious knowledge and experience in this industry.I survived from a war, fire and tsunami during my childhood and adult life.And have lost five people that are very dear to me. I thought the more struggle in life i have overcome and still continue standing, the more I become stronger and nothing would shock me anymore. But I was wrong!!! One day, all of a sudden I became very ill, had vertigo, and I have lost my clarity of mind and the capacity to think right. A very dear person has opened the door for me to have an EMDR treatment with Adrian. I booked for two sessions and after the second treatment I was amazed how I felt very light, the vertigo was gone! And my mind became clear! I shouted I am back!!! I strongly recommend it. Do not wait until it's too late. Life is worth living. A lot of people outhere need to hear your story. Bring it on!!!!

I can’t quite put into words how much this man has truly changed my life. I went from suicidal one week to walking around on cloud 9 the next. I have a spring in my step, no more tears, no more flash backs and a real zest for life again. I have been to see therapists and counsellors several times over the years and sometime for 10-14 sessions and Adrian in just 2 sessions has combated 41 years of holding on to childhood trauma. I cannot rate him enough. I’m excited about life again and I urge anyone suffering to go and see this wonderful man!

Adrian has supplied me with Life Changing treatment, therapy, support and encouragement.😍 This terrific human immediately believed in me, challenged me and empowered me to make the changes in my life that I wish had been made 30/35 years ago.
I have struggled with my weight and moods for all that time. I was incredibly sceptical about visisting having had one huge fail in hypnotherapy before. I was also strangely resistant to the process considering how desperate I was to diet. But in one session he made my chaotic, overwhelmed brain transform from a packed studio flat to a roomy 8 bedroom mansion with so much room to relax🥳.
I had 3 hours face to face (EMDR and hypnosis) followed up by a 1 hour pre Christmas top up.
Today, three months from the first appointment, I have lost 2 stone 12lbs and am looking forward positively to losing the rest of my excess weight over the next three months.
I know Adrian has saved me from an early demise and I now have to continue to work on fittening and enjoying my life fully.
Don’t think about it! Just book!

Adrian and EMDR have changed my daughter's life. We tried everything when it came to her anxiety and this is the only therapy that has worked. Although she was super unsure about doing it, Adrian put her at ease and spoke to her in such a calm way that got rid of any apprehension. I honestly can't shout loud enough about Adrian and EMDR!
